The following video was posted up by a young Muslim female as she traveled on the tube today. It is yet another example of the open bigotry that is taking place on public transport and which we are regularly picking up.

The video below shows an individual openly stating anti-Muslim prejudice and the young female said that it started when she sat in front of the individual. The perpetrator is clearly heard saying that,

“All Muslims are terrorists.”

The comment was made in direct relation to the young Muslim female sitting in front of the perpetrator.

A pensioner has been remanded in custody on suspicion of attempted murder after a visible Muslim woman was allegedly pushed into an oncoming London Underground train.

Police were called to Piccadilly Circus station at around 4.10pm on Tuesday, November 10, where the alleged incident took place on one of the station’s Bakerloo line platforms.

The Muslim woman, who wears the hijab, suffered minor injuries, and had her cuts treated in hospital.

Yoshiyuki Shinohara, 81, of no fixed abode, appeared before Westminster Magistrate’s Court yesterday. He will appear before Blackfriars Crown Court on November 25.
